Job summary

Epic, based just outside Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to diagnose complex software issues and manage end-to-end implementations for health systems around the world. You will collaborate with customer counterparts to diagnose problems, design solutions, and oversee multi-site deployments from discovery through go-live.

This role offers relocation assistance and the chance to work on mission-critical healthcare software, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
