Intelliswift - An LTTS Company is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will specialize in advertising solutions, advising on best practices and resolving technical challenges that arise.

The role requires translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and delivering creative, data-driven solutions in a remote, contract environment for 12 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital advertising or technology industries.
• Expertise in troubleshooting the Meta Advertising ecosystem (Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Pixel).
• Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience troubleshooting advertising tech like pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both our external clients and internal stakeholders. In this expert role, you will specialize in our advertising solutions, advising clients on best practices and resolving any technical challenges that arise. We are looking for naturally curious individuals who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and adept at developing creative solutions to meet client needs.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
• Expertise in technical troubleshooting across the Meta Advertising & Business ecosystem (e.g., Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Meta SDK, Meta Pixel).
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience, including the ability to effectively translate complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in technically troubleshooting various advertising technologies, such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery systems.
• Experience with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with Meta products (beyond ads tooling)
• Foundational coding knowledge (even if not writing code day-to-day)
