Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design scalable and actionable technical solutions that align with regional privacy regulations and legal policies.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to clarify technical rules and standards for applying privacy technologies across data life‑cycles.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their privacy needs, assist in solution design, and drive implementation.
• Identify and evaluate new privacy solutions and practices to improve TikTok’s privacy and security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $199,800 – $374,400 per year (annually). Pay and benefits may vary based on qualifications, location, and experience.
