Venatre is seeking a part-time Technical Solutions Analyst to bolster our Business Development team in Tampa, FL. The role emphasizes automation scripting, prototyping, and internal tool development to accelerate BD activities and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

You will work closely with BD leadership and other technical stakeholders to design, test, and refine lightweight automation and product ideas, ensuring efficient workflows and impactful demonstrations for

• Automation & Scripting: Design, develop, test, and maintain scripts and lightweight automation solutions that streamline Business Development workflows and repetitive processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system integration, and process optimization.
• Develop tools that support data collection, organization, analysis, reporting, and other BD activities.
• Troubleshoot, refine, and maintain existing scripts, automations, and technical workflows.
• Document solutions to support repeatable use, maintenance, and future development.
• Technical Product Development: Assist with design and development of technical products, prototypes, PoCs, and internal tools.
• Translate BD requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Evaluate technologies, frameworks, APIs for potential use in internal/customer solutions.
• Rapidly prototype technical concepts to demonstrate capabilities and support solution development.
• Test and refine technical products based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirements.
• Business Development Technical Support: Provide hands-on technical support for BD initiatives, demonstrations, and solution development.
• Collaborate to understand prospective customer requirements and explore technical approaches.
• Support preparation and refinement of technical demonstrations and other materials.
• Conduct targeted technical research to inform solution development and BD activities.
• Assist with special technical projects and emerging priorities as needed.

Venatre is seeking a part time Technical Solutions Analyst to support our Business Development team at our Tampa FL headquarters This hands on technical role will focus primarily on automation scripting and technical product development that improves internal capabilities accelerates business development activities and supports the development of innovative solutions for prospective customers The position will collaborate closely with Business Development leadership and other technical and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into practical efficient technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Automation & Scripting Design develop test and maintain scripts and lightweight automation solutions that streamline Business Development workflows and repetitive processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation system integration and process optimization
• Develop tools that support data collection organization analysis reporting and other Business Development activities
• Troubleshoot refine and maintain existing scripts automations and technical workflows
• Document solutions to support repeatable use maintenance and future development
• Technical Product Development Assist with the design and development of technical products prototypes proofs of concept and internal tools
• Translate Business Development requirements and ideas into functional technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop scripts automations or software based technical solutions
• Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to independently manage technical tasks while collaborating effectively with non technical and technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Additional education experience programming language and technical requirements TBD

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages and automation frameworks such as Python PowerShell or similar technologies
• Experience developing prototypes proofs of concept internal applications or other technical products
• Familiarity with APIs system integrations workflow automation and data processing technologies
• Experience applying artificial intelligence or AI enabled tools to automation and technical workflows
• Experience supporting Business Development capture proposal or solution development activities
• Familiarity with federal government contracting or technology solutions supporting government customers
• Ability to quickly evaluate and learn new technologies platforms and development tools
