Job summary

Michels Energy Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Solution Specialist to provide technical support and guide customers. You will design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications, integrations, and data processes for MPI systems, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with 1–3 years of related experience. Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Monday.com, and other Power Platform tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Monday.com and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Position Summary

As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels. This position will work with various stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions. In addition, this role will be involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom applications, integrations, and enhancements for MPI systems and data processes. Critical for success are strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivation , and the abili ty to work independently .

What It Takes

• As sociate degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
• E xperience with Power BI, Power Apps, Monday.com and other Microsoft Power Platform tools
