Assertive Professionals in Washington, DC, seeks a Technical Site Lead - All-Source Intelligence Analyst to supervise an integrated team and produce intelligence products for the National Security Customer.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, strong leadership, and DHS IC tradecraft experience; offers comprehensive benefits, generous leave, and incentives for time, attendance, and relocation as described.

Qualifications

- Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- Working knowledge of databases and software used in the intelligence environment (see tools list).
- Must be fungible/agile to respond to changes in analytical priorities.
- Experience supervising, managing, and reviewing work outputs from lower-level analysts.
- 12 years of relevant experience OR multiple paths by degree level as listed.

Responsibilities

Respond to changes in analytical priorities while supervising, managing, and reviewing work outputs of lower-level analysts.
Maintain a training and access roster for lower-level analysts.
Assist an integrated analytical team with conceptualization, production planning, research, analysis, drafting and intelligence products on identified CT topics.
Assist with analyzing all information, reviewing raw and finished intelligence, and coordinating with IC, DHS, and partners.
Assist with drafting and reviewing collection requirements, responding to RFIs or information needs of DHS leaders.
Assist with presentations, briefing preparation, product preparation, peer-review, and subject matter advice.
Respond to Government Leadership feedback and provide revisions on timelines.
In coordination with AP PMO, manage project plans, transition plans, and business continuity; draft/review 12 intelligence products per year; draft monthly progress report.
