Lenco Armored Vehicles in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Technical Services Representative to support customers through the lifecycle of our armored vehicles. You will be the primary technical resource for warranty activity, repairs coordination, parts and service support, and data-driven reliability improvements.

This role emphasizes strong mechanical troubleshooting, clear technical communication, and efficient coordination with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns remotely via phone and email and provide repair recommendations.
• Coordinate offsite repairs and service support with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct maintenance evaluations and installation support for parts and accessories.
• Serve as the primary contact for warranty claims ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
• Create service orders to facilitate warranty parts shipments and coordinate vendor replacements.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding technical support, relations, and issue status.
• Track and document all service activity and vehicle history within ERP software.

You will serve as the primary technical resource managing warranty activity, coordinating repairs, supporting parts and service needs, and analyzing field data to improve product reliability.

What You'll Do
