Job summary

MRINetwork client, a global BioPharma CDMO, seeks a Manager – Technical Services with Pharmaceutical Industry experience at their Spokane, WA plant. The role oversees pharmaceutical process engineering, tech transfer and multi-disciplinary teams to drive large-scale projects.

This permanent direct-hire position offers salary between $115k and $175k, annual bonus, weekend shift differential, relocation support, and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical process engineering and technical transfer.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, optimization and implementation of site manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability.
• Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows.
• Lead team to establish and track process metrics.
• Oversee Technical Transfer of new products from internal and external clients.
• Drive team ownership from quote to product retirement.
• Review and approve validation study documents and protocols.
• Lead troubleshooting, off-shift support, and data review to ensure process quality.
• Oversee development and execution of validation studies and ensure continuous improvement.
