Job summary
JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Manager - Technical Services for our Spokane, WA site. The role leads a Plant Technical Services group focused on process engineering, tech transfer and NPI support across R&D to manufacturing.
The position requires 7+ years in Pharma with technical transfer, 2+ years in leadership, and weekend shift availability. Competitive salary, relocation assistance, annual bonus, and day-one benefits are offered, with H1B transfer support available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry), Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of Pharma experience with Technical Transfer Services, R/D, MSAT, etc.
- 2+ years of lead/managerial experience over a team of Process Engineers.
- Ability to work the Weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design, optimization and implementation of site manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality and sustainability.
- Lead team to establish and track process metrics to monitor process stability and discover areas for improvement.
- Oversee Technical Transfer of new products from both internal and external clients.
- Provide leadership for the Plant Technical Services group and ensure regulatory compliance.
