Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Technical Service Manager to lead crane service operations, support technicians, and ensure safe, efficient field service delivery. You will coach Crane Technicians, manage on-site maintenance, inspections and emergency services, and drive service projects, quotes, and customer relationships while upholding OHSA and safety standards.

Applicants should have 5+ years in overhead crane service and 3+ years in a lead role, with a diploma in electro-mechanical

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Overhead Crane Service experience.
• 3+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in VFDs, Radio Controls & Motor Drives.

• Lead, coach, and mentor Crane Technicians.
