Job summary

Magnetic Group is seeking independent contractors to support our Technical Services team with aircraft re-delivery projects across Asia, US and Europe. The role requires a strong aerospace background and hands-on experience with CAMO and maintenance planning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CAMO or line/base maintenance, deep knowledge of A320/B737 families, and familiarity with maintenance systems like AMOS, OASES, and GANNET. Travel is required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of CAMO or line/base maintenance experience with continuing airworthiness requirements/maintenance planning.
• Strong knowledge of A320 and B737 family types.
• Experience with AMOS, OASES, GANNET maintenance systems is a plus.
• Experience in aircraft re-delivery projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review aircraft maintenance documents (LDND, AD, SB, MOD, STC, HT, OCC, LLP, D&B) in depth.
• Ensure lease agreement compliance of aircraft technical condition.
• Communicate findings with client/operator.
• Perform pre-purchase/mid-lease inspections.
• Serve as point of contact at MRO during ongoing maintenance.

We are looking for independent contractors who would be able to assist our Technical Services team with aircraft re- deliveries projects in regions like Asia, US and Europe.

Main responsibilities

• Perform in-depth review of aircraft maintenance documents (LDND, AD, SB, MOD, STC, HT, OCC, LLP, D&B)
• Perform reviews to ensure that aircraft technical condition is meeting lease agreement requirements
• Communicate with client/operator regarding aircraft review findings
• Perform pre-purchase/mid-lease physical inspections
• Be aircraft owner’s/lessor’s point of contact at MRO during ongoing maintenance

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CAMO or line/base maintenance working with continuing airworthiness requirements/maintenance work planning
• Strong knowledge of A320 and B737 family types
• Experience in AMOS, OASES, GANNET maintenance systems would be an advantage
• Experience in aircraft re-delivery projects would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
