Technical Service Analyst: (Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years experience):

• Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming employee calls, providing support services for technical problems and IT issues involving desktops, laptops, or network services, from local personnel or remotely via network access.
• Ensure timely resolution of problems or escalate issues to appropriate technical personnel.
• Provide case status updates to management and end-users.
• Support and maintain effective relationships with users.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines related to remote IT support.
• Handle problems of moderate scope, analyzing situations or data to identify factors.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions.
• Experience in face-to-face support to a corporate customer base.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written, is ESSENTIAL.
