Position Overview

Azelis Americas is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CASE (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers) Technical Sales Representative to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Manage time effectively to call on potential customers and buying accounts efficiently.
  2. Achieve high sales efficiency by identifying and exploiting profitable sales opportunities.
  3. Optimize sales results by focusing on profitable products and disengaging from less profitable ones.
  4. Respond promptly to customer needs and maintain high follow-up standards.
  5. Develop product knowledge through studying data sheets and technical information.
  6. Act as a problem solver for customers, increasing value and satisfaction.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key account personnel for continuity.
  8. Provide written reports on sales calls, highlighting significant information related to business changes and competition.
  9. Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop and achieve sales goals and strategies.
  10. Identify target accounts for suppliers and coordinate joint sales efforts.
  11. Monitor sales leads from various sources for new opportunities.
  12. Recommend and manage pricing strategies, including non-standard pricing proposals.
  13. Manage administrative functions in compliance with company policies.
  14. Support company goals to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.
  15. Develop effective internal relationships within the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in chemistry) from an accredited university.
  • At least 5 years of field sales experience.
  • Industry experience in Thermoplastics, Composites, or Rubber is highly preferred; CASE experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and ethical standards.
