This is a direct‑hire, non‑union opportunity designed for experienced commercial field service professionals who are ready to step out of constant truck time and into a more strategic, support‑driven role—without losing their technical edge.

What You’ll Do

• Become a product expert across a broad commercial equipment portfolio
• Lead technical training for contractors and internal teams, including:
• Equipment overview
• Start‑up procedures
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and jobsite visits
• Support start‑ups and resolve field issues with practical, real‑world solutions
• Maintain proficiency in related control systems
• Partner with engineering, sales, and warranty teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Contribute feedback to product design and launch initiatives
• Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and training materials
• Participate in cross‑training and continuous improvement initiatives

• Background in commercial field service (HVAC, mechanical systems, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and application support experience
• Comfortable presenting, training, and explaining technical concepts
• Willingness to obtain manufacturer certifications (company‑paid)

• OSHA 10‑Hour Safety certification (or willingness to complete)
