Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Senior Manager of Technical SEO to own the health, crawlability, and indexability of our digital properties across the US and Canada. This hands-on role bridges SEO, Engineering, and Product, translating visibility needs into tickets, specs, and QA criteria while building a scalable intake process.

The ideal candidate is deeply technical, comfortable reading HARs and production JS bundles, and can explain business impact of rendering issues to non-technical

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience with a focus on technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with crawlability, rendering, indexing, and hreflang across multi-market sites
• Proven ability to diagnose indexation issues on JS-heavy sites
• Experience with log file analysis to understand crawler behavior
• Strong collaboration with Engineering and Product to translate SEO requirements into tickets and specs

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO strategy and site health for all Hard Rock Bet properties
• Diagnose and resolve indexation issues in SPAs and SSR contexts
• Lead log file analysis to optimize crawl behavior and reduce waste
• Manage hreflang and multi-domain architecture for US/Canada markets
• Partner with Engineering and Product to plan SEO-ready features and releases
• Ensure AI/GEO readiness and alignment with business requirements
• Own launch readiness checklists for new markets and products
• Run regular audits using Screaming Frog, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush
