Motive is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to own the technical health and structure of our web presence. You will lead the technical SEO program end-to-end, from site health and architecture to international SEO and new page launches, incorporating AI-assisted workflows and working with multiple teams to maximize business impact.

• 5+ years of technical SEO experience in B2B SaaS or multi-template environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience scaling information architecture across category, product, long-tail, international, and localized pages.
• Knowledge of schema.org/JSON-LD implementation and validation.
• Proven partnership with web and engineering teams to deliver technical fixes and measure impact on traffic, leads, and pipeline.
• Experience applying AI workflows to automate SEO audits with appropriate human oversight.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution for Motive's technical SEO program, audits for crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, internal linking, structured data, page quality.
• Develop and optimize AI-assisted workflows to prioritize fixes with human review before deployment.
• Ensure high-priority pages are accessible, understandable, and citable by AI engines via proper data, SSR, and structure.
• Address content cannibalization and duplication with Content and Web to consolidate pages.
• Collaborate with Web Engineering to fix site errors and improve performance on key pages.
• Optimize high-intent product and industry pages for non-brand searches and conversions.
• Improve IA, navigation, and internal linking to capture long-tail demand.
• Drive international SEO: hreflang, regional sitemaps, localization templates, and collaborating with regional teams.
• Define technical SEO requirements for new templates and CMS capabilities; QA launches and migrations.
• Translate findings into engineering-ready requirements and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary technical SEO partner for web and marketing teams.
