Job summary

Motive seeks a Senior Technical SEO Specialist to own our technical SEO program end to end, from site health and architecture to international SEO and new page launches. You will use AI-assisted workflows and partner with Web Strategy, Web Engineering, Content, Product Marketing, and Growth Marketing to maximize impact.

You’ll drive audits, tackle crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, and page architecture while aligning with regional teams for localized pages and templates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical SEO, ideally in B2B SaaS or multi-template setups.
• Bachelor's degree required and strong analytics capability.
• Proven collaboration with web and engineering teams to drive fixes.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Motive's technical SEO program with audits on crawlability, indexation, rendering, redirects, canonical tags, and structured data.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to prioritize fixes with human oversight before shipping.
• Ensure AI answer engines can access, understand, and cite priority pages.
• Identify and resolve content cannibalization and duplication with content teams.
• Partner with Web Engineering to improve errors, warnings, and performance on key pages.
• Optimize high-intent pages to rank and convert on non-brand searches.
• Improve information architecture, navigation, and internal linking.
• Drive technical SEO across international sites with hreflang and regional sitemaps.
• Define technical SEO requirements for new templates and CMS capabilities.
• Turn findings into engineering-ready requirements and communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Act as the primary technical SEO partner for stakeholders and explain impact.
