Job summary

Service Corporation International’s Digital Marketing team seeks a Technical SEO Manager to steward the health of our six core pillars—crawlability, indexing, speed, canonicalization, internationalization, localization and structured data—across multiple sites.

You will collaborate with product, IT, content, and marketing to drive improvements, monitor Core Web Vitals, and lead audits, deployments, and governance to improve search visibility and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• 5+ years of technical SEO experience with multi-language sites.
• Experience with large-scale websites (1M+ URLs) and multi-location SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Semrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog; HTML/structured data knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO initiatives: crawlability, indexing, rendering, performance, and content quality.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals and XML sitemaps; manage redirects, canonicalization, and international SEO.
• Collaborate with IT, developers, content, and marketing to implement SEO requirements.
• Perform QA to ensure metadata, structured data, and internal linking are correct.
• Prioritize backlog, track progress, and report on SEO governance and outcomes.
