Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and QA to incorporate SEO requirements into roadmaps, releases, migrations, development workflows, technical specifications, Jira tickets, documentation, and QA plans.
• Conduct technical audits, crawl monitoring, issue triage, and analysis of crawl, server log, search performance, and analytics data.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO risks related to releases, site changes, and platform updates while establishing scalable SEO standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support AI Discovery initiatives by improving accessibility for search engines, AI crawlers, and emerging discovery platforms.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of SEO experience with a strong technical SEO focus, including work with enterprise-scale, international, or multi-region websites.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, JavaScript SEO, crawlability, indexing, structured data, site architecture, performance, international SEO, hreflang, and localization.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and QA teams in agile environments, including technical documentation, audits, QA, and implementation workflows.
• Proficiency with SEO and data-analysis tools such as Botify, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; AI search or AI Discovery knowledge preferred, with Python, APIs, automation, or WordPress experience as a plus.
