What You’ll Do

Your role will involve a blend of strategic thinking, technical execution, and analytical insight, collaborating closely with development, project management, advertising, and account management teams to drive exceptional results. • Manage and support ongoing search engine optimization campaigns for clients.
• Perform comprehensive technical audits and identify critical opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor indexing, crawlability, redirects, site architecture, and on-page optimization to ensure peak performance.
• Manage and execute ethical, sustainable link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search visibility.
• Assist with local search engine optimization efforts, including optimizing online business profiles.
• Collaborate with web development teams on implementation and website performance enhancements.
• Support evolving search strategies, including geo-specific and AI-driven initiatives.
• Focus on improving rankings, traffic, lead quality, and conversions to drive real business impact.
• Analyze campaign performance using industry-standard tools, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities within data.
• Connect performance metrics to real business outcomes, focusing on lead quality and conversions.
• Support conversion-focused optimization and reporting, providing clear communication of findings and recommendations.
• Assist with tracking setup, pixel integration, conversion tracking, troubleshooting, and other technical marketing initiatives.
• Support domain management, DNS configurations, website launches, migrations, redirects, and quality assurance.
• Support, manage, and extend marketing technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across websites and marketing systems.
• Collaborate effectively across departments, serving as a strategic internal resource for technical marketing initiatives.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong understanding of schema markup, indexing, crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and redirects.
• Expertise in tracking setup and conversion tracking.
• Proficiency in local search engine optimization and online business profile optimization.
• Awareness of geo-specific and AI-driven search trends.
• Proven ability to execute ethical, sustainable link-building strategies focused on organic authority, strictly avoiding unethical practices.
• Familiarity with common content management systems.
• Comfortable diving deep to analyze and interpret data to identify meaningful trends.
• Ability to connect marketing performance to lead quality and business outcomes, understanding that patient quality and revenue are paramount.
• Strategic thinker who can move beyond task execution to contribute to broader objectives.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively across departments and with various teams.
• Resourceful and proactive, taking initiative to research and resolve new challenges independently.
• Prior experience in digital marketing is required.
