• GA4 and Search Console fluency with the ability to build business-focused reports.
• Independent judgment in a one-person department handling privileged information.
• Direct communication about problems and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the website: technical SEO, site health, speed, structure, on-page optimization, and annual homepage redesign.
• Own analytics: GA4, Search Console, call tracking, and attribution from traffic to signed cases.
• Own off-site presence: manage directories and credential profiles with bios and links.
• Develop AI search strategy: optimize for AI chat results and related tools.
• Lead content production: blog and practice-area pages, with AI-assisted workflows and brand guardrails.
• Oversee outsourced work: hosting, design, video, and vendor scopes with budgets.
• Provide monthly reports on rankings, traffic, leads, and cost per signed case.
