Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Security Application Engineer, Manufacturing to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PACS and VMS across Arsenal-1 sites. This hands-on role focuses on system hardware, configuration, and day-to-day technical problem solving, with coordination with vendors and stakeholders.

You will work with IP networking, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure system uptime while supporting small-to-medium security projects and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshoots physical access control and/or video surveillance systems.
• Experience with Genetec Security Center.
• Certification in Omnicast and Synergis.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with vendors and integrators on installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot access control hardware and video surveillance hardware.
• Perform application-level configuration of access control and video management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, network, and system issues; escalate where needed.
• Support deployment, commissioning, and upgrade of security systems across sites.
• Coordinate with vendors and integrators on installations, service calls, and upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and as-built drawings.
