Celestar Corporation seeks a Program Security Representative to support the DARPA PSS task order. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and work in Arlington, VA, with salary $125,000–$175,000 per year, contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree with related DoD/IC program security experience.
• Experience across fundamental program security disciplines and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security architectures for programs across levels.
• Analyze objectives, technologies, and requirements for security.
• Craft long- and short-term program protection strategies.
• Apply physical, information, personnel, and other security requirements.
• Support SAPF/SCIF and information system accreditation activities.
• Maintain program security data in Government security databases.
• Plan security support for meetings, design reviews, and tests.
• Assist with security incident mitigation and investigations.
• Communicate with DARPA, performers, and partners on security matters.
