Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies LLC seeks a Technical Counter Measure (TCM) Program Specialist to support FPS security countermeasure programs in the NCR. This role provides security systems project coordination, technical analysis, budget and acquisition support, inventory management, and testing assistance.

Location is Washington DC with on-site requirements; salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000. The ideal candidate has knowledge of security systems, procurement processes, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical countermeasures, including alarms and access control systems.
• Ability to coordinate security projects and test equipment functionality.
• Ability to prepare budget, acquisition docs, market research, and cost analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support budget management, SWAs, and budget status reporting; create G-514 requisitions.
• Maintain security equipment inventories and coordinate with departments.
• Coordinate program activities and provide progress reports and risk notes.
• Work with government and private agencies to define objectives for upgrades.
