Job summary

Old Dominion Strategies, LLC is seeking a Technical Counter Measure Program Specialist to support FPS security countermeasure programs in the NCR. The role includes project coordination, technical analysis, budget support, inventory management, and testing assistance.

The position is on-site in Washington DC, with a salary range of $85,000–$90,000 annually. Candidates must meet DHS suitability and security requirements and be eligible for unescorted access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Security Management, Engineering, IT, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or related field.
• Experience with security systems such as alarms, access control, and video surveillance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support budget management and contract costs; prepare SWAs and G-514 requisitions.
• Maintain security equipment and inventories; coordinate with departments and vendors.
• Coordinate TCM program activities and provide progress reports.
• Work with government and private agencies to define mission objectives for upgrades and synchronization.
• Coordinate project schedules, contractor access, and facility vendor contacts to meet timelines.
• Conduct market research to support COR analyses and cost projections.
• Assist with emergency plans, policies, and system testing; participate in exercises.
• Provide SME support to FPS Inspectors during functionality tests of security systems.
• Prepare estimates for temporary and emergency TCM services.
