Job summary

Innovation-Technology-Services seeks a product subject matter expert and technical lead to accelerate onboarding and maximize adoption of Google Security products. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize deployments, acting as an extension of the customer's technical team.

Responsibilities include hands-on configuration, collaboration with CSMs and SAs, and delivering training with ongoing optimization guidance, including APIs, automation, and custom reporting.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer-facing experience in technical consulting or deployment of enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 1 year hands-on experience with Google SecOps platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
• Holds at least one Google Cloud professional-level certification while in the role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Security Advisors (SAs), and the customer to develop onboarding plans that clearly outline tasks, timelines, resources, and change controls.
• Deliver product-focused and operational training, share best practices from across the customer base, and provide ongoing optimization support (including API capabilities, automation recommendations, and custom report creation).

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer‑facing experience in technical consulting, system integration, or deploying enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google SecOps security platforms, API integrations, scripting/automation, and cloud infrastructure.
