Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field is required.
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience for Senior level.
• 3+ years of position-relevant experience for Midlevel; related experience may substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technical execution of project schedules and validates scheduling data for senior management.
• Coordinate investigation of schedule discrepancies and develop root cause analyses for milestone delays.
• Monitor schedule performance against benchmarks and validate improvements.
• Conducts technical scheduling reviews for mission execution tasks across theater partners.
• Validate technical accuracy of Schedule Reports and lead field-level assessments of tasks.
• Provide guidance to staff to ensure schedules meet theater-specific standards.
• Mentor subordinate staff across scheduling teams.
