  • Collaborate with proposal, contract, legal, and engineering teams to ensure technically sound, competitive, and compliant project submissions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with utilities, developers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and support business growth.
  • Develop sales forecasts, assess market trends, and create winning strategies that balance customer needs with business objectives.

You'll serve as the technical and commercial leader for GIS and AIS substation solutions, working closely with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, utilities, developers, and regulatory stakeholders to turn opportunities into successful projects. You will combine deep power systems expertise with strategic thinking to shape technical solutions, lead negotiations, and influence project outcomes. What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 6 or more years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a similar customer-facing role within the power transmission and distribution industry. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Proven success leading large, complex technical sales opportunities and serving as a trusted technical subject matter expert.
  • Strong knowledge of substation products and design, with experience in GIS solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in sales forecasting, project scheduling, and developing strategic, solution-oriented approaches to customer needs.

Travel, as needed (~30%) domestically and internationally.
