What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute technical account plans in collaboration with sales teams to close business opportunities
- Conduct in-depth assessments of customer processes to identify business issues and propose Cintoo solutions
- Capture metrics to quantify and justify customer ROI, aiding in business closure
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their workflows and technical requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams and support resources to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in laser scanning and reality capture technology in the AEC or manufacturing industries
- Strong understanding of project workflows from Plan, Design, Build, and Manage lifecycle
- Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats, and interoperability techniques
- Proficiency with Autodesk solutions, including Revit, Navisworks, and relevant competitive solutions
- Working knowledge of reality capture solutions, including hardware and software from Leica and Faro

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Professional registration(s) such as P.E. or AIA, and industry accreditation like LEED AP
- Excellent oral communication and writing skills with experience presenting to large audiences
- Strong analytical skills for solving complex problems within the supported industries
- Experience in sales methodology or technical sales
