Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions seeks a driven Technical Sales professional to support the Truss Bridge product line, including Pedestrian Truss, Vehicular Girder, and Vehicular Truss systems.

You will work with consulting engineers, government agencies, and internal teams to guide projects from concept and bidding through manufacturing, delivering technical expertise and winning quotes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with engineered products in the construction industry.
• Experience in manufactured construction product sales and manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences and provide training.
• Strong collaboration and ability to manage workflow and deadlines.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new project opportunities to grow market demand.
• Conduct regional market research, including competitive analysis and pricing trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events; support seminars and training.
• Develop cost estimates and quotes for truss bridge systems.
• Collaborate with consulting engineers and agencies and internal sales teams within your region.
• Manage project continuity from solution development to manufacturing handoff.
• Provide timely technical responses to client and internal inquiries.
• Maintain ownership of bid opportunities and pricing in the territory.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure opportunities are tracked through the sales cycle.
• Deliver product training to sales/marketing; update materials with product changes.
• Partner with plant project managers, engineering and production teams to meet commitments.
