Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. in Materials Science or equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience in surface analysis, materials science or microscopy.
• Preferred experience with materials characterization and microscopy techniques (TEM, SEM, FIB/Dual Beam, X-ray, AFM, Raman).
• Must be a proficient communicator and listener.
• Strong analysis and judgment skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Computer literate, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
• Must be able to handle multiple functions with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customized analytical projects.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including statements of work.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge across a broad range of analytical methods.
