Qualifications

• Materials Characterization experience in semiconductor industry, especially surface analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient listener with strong analytical and judgment capabilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Technically adept and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support lead management with CRM administration.
• Serve as technical liaison for surface analysis requests.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored surface analytical solutions.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including statements of work.
