Position Summary The Technical Sales Specialist is responsible for driving growth within their assigned territory. This role covers the West Coast of the United States and Canada. Candidates must be located within the territory, refer to posting locations for preferred markets. As part of the overlay sales team, this role partners with Account Managers to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through technical expertise and consultative selling. Serving as the technical expert for the assigned portfolio, this position supports the sales process through application development, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, customer and sales training, and technical presentations. The Technical Sales Specialist also identifies market trends, supports new product launches, manages technical relationships with key OEMs/AEMs, and drives the successful conversion of competitive business.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 + Incentive Plan.
