Calibre Scientific Group seeks a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth of its life science product portfolio across a defined US territory, focusing on pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical accounts alongside academic and government research customers.
This role requires consultative sales and strong relationship building with scientists, procurement teams, and R&D leaders, with travel 50–70% and occasional after-hours work.
The Territory Sales Representative will drive sales growth of its proprietary life science product portfolio within a defined territory. The primary focus of this role will be expanding business and market share within pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical accounts, while also developing opportunities across academic research institutions, biotechnology companies, diagnostic laboratories, and government research facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and executing strategic account plans that accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines a strong scientific background with proven success in consultative sales and account management within the life sciences industry.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the life sciences industry
Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees. Working knowledge of/Fluency in the English language (spoken and written).
Mathematical Ability:
Add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply/divide with 10's and 100's. Perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability:
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Adeptness at reviewing data and extracting meaningful performance indicators is also a contributor to success. SAP and Hubspot experience is a plus.
