Texas Instruments in Massachusetts is seeking a Technical Sales Representative (TSR)/Engineer who will own large opportunities by understanding both the overall market and the customer’s needs. You will develop a detailed plan to identify customer projects and vet them with the Field Application Engineer (FAE) and internal experts to ensure opportunities are captured.

Change the world. Love your job. The Technical Sales Representative (TSR)/Engineer will be responsible for understanding the overall market in addition to the customer's market and needs. The TSR will develop a detailed and dynamic plan for identifying customer projects and vetting them through the appropriate Field Application Engineer (FAE) or internal experts to ensure all potential opportunities have been identified. In this role, you will be fully responsible and accountable for TI's largest opportunities/projects, understanding of the customer's supply chain, current and future source of revenue, existing and needed backlog and accuracy of all revenue.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay range for this role is shown below. Pay Range: $135,500 – $252,500
