At Kriss, we have built a trusted reputation with our customers, successfully providing hands-on, personable service and reliable support, as we work in partnership with plant operating personnel.

Kriss Products supplies a full range of water treatment programs which are individually designed to meet the needs of our customer's heating and cooling systems. Kriss takes great pride in its water treatment programs and has many years of experience and research behind all of our water treatment products.

The Technical Sales Representative will focus on delivering excellent water treatment programs to existing clients and growing a sales territory which plays a fundamental role in achieving Kriss Product’s revenue growth objectives. This position involves on-site servicing at customer locations while developing deep and long-term customer relationships. Technical Representatives engage prospective clients with all Kriss services and presentations as needed. Strong collaboration with Inside Sales will target Focus accounts and create solutions for each client’s need. Must be highly self-motivated, excellent Engineer, experienced with CRM, collaborative working style, and hungry to close sales and increase revenue.

Role Requirements

·A minimum of 2 years Water Treatment sales/service experience

·Previous experience in collaborating with Inside Sales and Management Teams to target sales efforts and design sales approaches

·Track record of over-achieving quota

·Excellent customer relationships

·Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close for professional services and products

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Possess an energetic, outgoing, friendly demeanor whilst self-motivated and structured thinker

·Goal-oriented and strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

·Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude with subsequent tasks/customers

·Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

·Provide excellent customer service with customers and colleagues

·Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

·CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

What you'll do

This Technical Sales Representative will be expected to perform the following:

Overall

·Execute on Kriss’s 2021 Sales & Marketing strategies, which involves expanding industry segments, profitable services and key accounts

·Work closely with the General Manager and Organizational Development Specialist to drive sales

·Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

·Develop an in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Servicing (Water Treatment Engineering)

§Maintain the quality of a customer’s water system, as per the scope of work

§Maintain adequate chemical/stock levels on site

§Adhere to all Kriss Products and customer’s safety procedures/policies

Account Management

§Manage customer relationships with all customer types

§Grow a specific sales territory

§Continually develop and improve customer’s water treatment program where possible

§Follow up customer late invoices, as required

New Account Acquisition

·Perform multi-channel new business engagement with potential customers, through cold calls, inbound follow up, emails and social media etc...

·Qualify customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities

·Maximize new customer acquisitions by collaborating with Inside Sales

·Lead customer pricing and proposals, mitigate client requests and follow up questions

·Leverage the Kriss’s marketing library

·Provide input for the development of sales/marketing materials

·Stay informed about competing products and services

·Responsible for staying abreast of product knowledge and usage

CRM and Management Information

·Maintain customer relationships and contacts through Salesforce

·Provide updates to the Management Team on new account acquisitions, account management and servicing activities
