Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on toolmaking experience.
• 2–4 years in technical customer service or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years with thermoplastic forming or related processes (IMG, vacuum forming) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer programs to exceed expectations and manage projects.
• Improve standards and processes to elevate customer experience.
• Manage project schedules and communicate approvals, risks, and requirements.
• Maintain program tracking in SAP and the customer portal.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for tool trials and launches.
• Prepare quotes for service work and spare parts.
• Plan and support customer training on tools and processes.
• Define tool documentation and ensure release package includes manuals and spare parts.
