Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a technically savvy sales professional to drive new business in the automotive electronics ecosystem. You will manage strategic customer relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, coordinate with Taiwan teams, and lead negotiations to win design opportunities.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred; alternatively an engineering degree with 5+ years in automotive electronics sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience in automotive electronics and/or electronic components.
  • Established relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of automotive applications including EV charging, BMS, ADAS, zonal architectures, infotainment, LED lighting, and HPC.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and secure design wins for Cyntec automotive components.
  • Promote component adoption with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies via reference design engagements.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets with year-over-year growth.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, factories, and product management in Taiwan to support requirements.
  • Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, and business agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and secure design wins for Cyntec automotive components, including high-power magnetics, current sense resistors, power inductors/chokes, and power modules.
  • Promote component adoption with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and semiconductor companies through reference design engagements.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets while delivering sustained year-over-year business growth.
  • Manage strategic customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and generate demand through proactive customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, factories, and product management in Taiwan to support customer requirements, including product specifications, samples, pricing, technical support, and quality issue resolution.
  • Lead commercial negotiations involving pricing, contracts, and business agreements.
Qualifications
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering preferred; alternatively, an Engineering degree with 5+ years of automotive electronics sales or marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in automotive electronics and/or electronic components.
  • Established relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, including engineering and procurement organizations.
  • Strong understanding of automotive applications, including EV charging, battery management systems (BMS), ADAS, zonal architectures, infotainment, LED lighting, and high-performance computing platforms.
  • Demonstrated sales discipline with a results-driven, business development mindset.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry experience.
  • Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
