Job summary

Heat and Control, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled professional to generate 2D Conceptual Layout Drawings (CLD) using AutoCAD and to prepare cost estimates for custom equipment in SAP.

The role also involves generating quotes and using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to prioritize workload while coordinating a smooth handover to the project team after an order is received. The ideal candidate holds an AS or BS in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience), with CAD experience in 2D

Qualifications

A.S. or B.S. in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
2D CAD layouts required; 3D CAD is a plus.
Experience with SAP and CRM software is a plus.
Cost estimating experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Use AutoCAD to generate 2D Conceptual Layout Drawings (CLD).
Create cost estimates for equipment in SAP.
Generate and assemble quotes.
Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to prioritize workload.
Drive the sales handover to the project team upon order receipt.

Education

AS/BS in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience

Experience with CAD 2D layouts

Cost estimating experience (preferred)

Experience with 3D CAD (a plus)
