Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Interest in technical or consultative sales and engineering-driven products.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with engineers, contractors, and customers.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• CRM exposure is a plus; familiarity with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint is helpful.
• Travel with experienced sales professionals is possible.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotation, submittal, and follow-up activities.
• Learn how to go to market with a distribution network.
• Participate in customer visits, sales calls, and training sessions with senior staff.
• Assist with product and application training materials and presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account tracking.
• Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in CRM systems.
