Job summary

Powerex-Iwata Air Technology Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineering Co-op to support the sales team in expanding our medical piped equipment and laboratory markets.

You will learn consultative technical sales, assist with quotations, and participate in customer visits and trainings. You will rotate between Harrison, Ohio and Mount Juliet, Tennessee, gaining hands-on experience with engineers, distributors, and facility owners while developing presentation and communication skills for real-world

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree (Engineering, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred).
• Interest in technical or consultative sales and engineering-driven products.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM exposure is a plus.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotation, submittal, and follow-up activities.
• Learn about Medical Gas and Laboratory Gas industries—products, applications, markets, sales cycles.
• Go to market with a distribution network and participate in customer visits and training sessions.
• Assist with product and application training materials and presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account tracking.
