Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for occasional customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify opportunities for new business.
• Put Your Technical Skills to Work: Review drawings and specs to prepare accurate cost estimates for fabricated parts, weldments, and assemblies.
• Support the Sales Process: Prepare quotes, enter orders, coordinate intercompany orders, provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, engineering, production, and manufacturing teams to meet customer expectations.
• Drive Efficiency & Profitability: Evaluate processes, costs, and pricing opportunities to improve profitability.
• Find Better Solutions: Recommend new ideas, equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: Help develop manufacturing processes for reliable results.
• Analyze Results: Conduct postproduction cost reviews for continuous improvement.
• Connect with Customers: Participate in occasional customer visits for technical sales support.
