Job summary

NXP Semiconductors is launching the Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) for new graduates, focusing on Industrial, IoT, and Automotive markets within the Americas sales organization.

Participants will undergo structured learning and on-the-job development, transitioning into permanent Technical Sales Engineer roles with ownership of defined accounts or territory and direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Graduate in past 24 months or upcoming graduate.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Willingness to relocate within the United States

Responsibilities

• Support customers and partners through evaluation, design, and deployment of NXP solutions
• Translate customer requirements into system-level technical solutions
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to drive design wins
• Prepare technical presentations and demos
• Lead customer engagements and internal reviews
• Develop technical depth while maintaining a system-level perspective
