You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, translate technical details for customers, and drive cost estimates while growing trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
• Technical knowledge of magnetic shielding or related material science preferred; quick learner.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales or customer service experience in a technical/engineering-related field; outside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with internal engineering and fabrication teams to support customers.
• Communicate with customers, anticipate needs, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Grow customer accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
• Follow up on quotations, provide technical guidance, and support decision-making.
• Partner with customers to understand project requirements and recommend shielding solutions.
• Translate complex technical information into clear customer communication.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and update ERP inputs as needed.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure timely delivery and quality.
