Sandvik Coromant in Southeast Michigan is seeking a Sales Engineer/Account Manager to serve Ann Arbor, Detroit area and surroundings. You will act as the go-to expert for customers, translating their needs into tailored tooling and machining solutions.

This role combines technical depth with relationship building in a global leader environment, offering opportunities to grow market share, collaborate across teams, and drive customer success.

Formación

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools.
• Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight).

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver the full Coromant product and service offering.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions.
• Use your technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications.
• Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and follow-up on customer engagements.
