The company produces a comprehensive range of Tube Benders, including CNC Rotary Draw Benders and Hydraulic Compression Benders. Additionally, Criterion provides a variety of Tube Piercing and Tube Punching solutions, including manually loaded and CNC Tube Piercing Machines for high-volume, complex applications. All machinery is designed and manufactured in the USA using high-quality components to meet the specific needs of its customers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Valley View, OH, for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and proposing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing technical sales activities, providing technical support, and facilitating communication between the engineering and sales teams. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, assisting in the design of custom machinery solutions, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

• Strong skills in technical support and sales engineering, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and product teams
