Job summary

Anton Paar USA is seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to drive business growth in the Eastern Region for texture and extrusion product lines. You will generate and develop new accounts and effectively manage existing ones, and present to audiences ranging from technicians to C-suite executives.

Ideally based near Hartford, CT, with flexibility for New Jersey, New York, or New England. The base salary is $93,100–$105,400 per year, with an uncapped monthly commission, full benefits, 401(k) profit

Qualifications

• 2 years of technical sales experience and two years of polymer extrusion experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Generating and developing new accounts and effectively managing existing accounts.

• Travel (up to 50-60%, including overnight) for meetings, demonstrations, and installations.

The base salary range for this position is $93,100/y to $105,400/y. The commission plan is uncapped, pays monthly from dollar one, and includes bonuses for exceeding targets.
