Position Summary

We seek a driven engineer to join our sales team, focusing on expanding business with existing customers and developing new opportunities. The role involves applications engineering, sales support, and field service work, suitable for those comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Training will be provided, including mentorship, product knowledge, application processes, and sales strategies. The position primarily covers the Albuquerque/Santa Fe area in New Mexico.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide application engineering and design support for ventilation projects, emphasizing sustainable products and latest technologies tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate directly with engineers, contractors, end users, and food service dealers.
• Perform inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales activities.
• Conduct presentations, prepare quotes and submittals, offer technical support, visit job sites, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Educate and promote CaptiveAire products through calls, meetings, demos, and conferences.
• Research and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness.
• Travel for training and work primarily out of Albuquerque, NM.

Required Skills and Qualifications
