Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical roofing or construction role.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted expert by responding to technical and guarantee inquiries accurately and promptly.
- Partner with customers to evaluate roofing conditions and identify practical, effective solutions.
- Assess unique roofing situations and recommend best practices, including deviations from standard specifications where appropriate.
- Review construction documents with a focus on roofing systems and compliance.
- Evaluate guarantee applications and determine eligibility based on JM standards.
- Ensure roofing systems meet applicable requirements before approval.
- Perform wind uplift design calculations (ASCE 7) to support system validation.
- Apply technical expertise across Single Ply and Bituminous roofing systems and components.

$81,900.00-$112,600.00 Annual This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
