Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Able to diagnose hardware and software issues in a customer service context.

Responsibilities

• Deepen extensive knowledge on Apple products and repair processes.
• Support customers with Apple product issues, using available tools and resources.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and how to buy related services or products.
• Collaborate with team leads to identify recurring issues and share feedback with Apple.
